Polar Fleece

Polar Fleece has proven to be a difficult fabric to dye in multiple colors.  The most common way to dye this fabric is thru Wet Printing.  Wet Printing is normally done on the french terry before the loops have been broken and the fabric sheered.  This causes the design to loose its clarity and will diminish the intensity of the colors.  PolyHD dyes the fleece after the fabric has been sheered thus giving excellent detail and vivid colors.  The fleece can be printed on both sides giving the fabric not only excellent hangar appeal but rich vibrant colors giving the impression that the fabric was knit to achieve this look.
