THE GAME CHANGER

Our Founders Steve Scharpf, Robert Genisot, and Scott Roeker are industry veterans. With experience in retail apparel, sales, design, and production, they have worked with major retailers through the course of their careers and have come together to bring this exciting new process to the market.

PolyHD was developed to find a way to decorate polyester garments to give a soft hand, and to alleviate bleeding or dye migration which is often common when printing on polyester. Three years of research and experimentation brought them to the conclusion that polyester fabric can be dyed in selected areas, and in multiple colors, by using traditional silkscreen printing equipment and rotary presses.

In August of 2011 an application for a utility patent was applied for on this process and was granted in August of 2013.
